Current (Continuing) Ministry Leaders
Resources and Required Documents for all Continuing Ministry Leaders

Continuing Volunteer Ministry Leaders must complete the following annual requirements no later than September 15th each year (for the previous fiscal year):
- 2 Required Training Credits each fiscal year (July - June). One credit of Annual Abuse Prevention Refresher Training and one of your choice. Click here for instructions and easy (free) options. Don't forget to email your takeaways to Heidi so you receive credit! You can also choose to attend a conferences as one of your options. NOTE: One of your trainings MUST be the annual abuse prevention training. Details are included in the training options instructions.
- Review and Sign the YFC Standards of Conduct / Living The Life of a Leader Statement annually. Click here to sign online.
- Review and Sign the YFC Statement of Faith annually. Click here to sign online.
- Review and Sign the YFC Safety Standards annually. Click here to read and review the standards. Click here to sign an acknowledgement that you have reveiwed them online.
- 2021/2022 Renewal only: All Volunteers must sign the YFC Rules of Engagement Agreement. Please sign the Level 3 agreement only unless you have specifically been instructed to sign the level one or two agreements instead
- YFC Rules of Engagement Level 3 Agreement. Click here to sign online (Most volunteers will choose this option)
- YFC Rules of Engagement Level 2 Agreement. Click here to sign online (Only sign this one if you have been specifically instructed to do so in place of the level 3 agreement)
- YFC Rules of Engagement Level 1 Agreement. Click here to sign online (Only sign this one if you have been specifically instructed to do so in place of the level 3 agreement)
